Research On Dairy Industry Integration From The Perspective Of Industry Chain

The country is vigorously advocating the industrial integration of the agricultural secondary and tertiary industries.The dairy industry,as an important part of agriculture,is an important indicator of agricultural development.Different forms of industrial integration take place in different stages of the middle and lower reaches of the dairy industry chain.This article uses the case analysis method to focus on Yili,a processing industry enterprise in the middle reaches of the dairy industry chain,and analyzes the industrial integration of each link that extends from the center to the center.In order to reflect the industry integration form and trends of the entire dairy industry through typical case analysis.This article analyzes the industry integration of China's dairy industry at the present stage based on the industrial structure theory and the industrial chain theory.The case study takes Yili as the research object.The upper reaches of the milk industry chain is represented by the industrial integration of Yili and dairy cattle breeding industry.The downstream is represented by the integration of Yili and the Internet industry.The middle reaches of the industry is the integration of Yili and biopharmaceuticals and financial industries.representative.This article takes the middle reaches of the industrial chain as an empirical research object.The empirical research on the fusion of Yili and the biopharmaceutical industry is based on patents and measures the degree of industrial integration.The results show that the degree of industrial integration is showing a growing trend.It has been found that Yili has achieved the combined growth model of Van Horn.For sustainable development,the use of the grey correlation analysis found that the degree of correlation between the degree of industrial integration and the sustainable growth rate of the company reached 0.64.The integration of Yili and biopharmaceutical industry is conducive to the sustainable development of the company.An empirical study of the industry integration between Yili and the financial industry is based on the event study method.It calculates the excess return rate AR and the cumulative excess return rate CAR for two samples of Yili in the time window.The results show that the integration of Yili and the financial industry has a positive impact on the capital market.In order to better develop the industrial integration of the dairy industry,it is necessary to improve the relationship between dairy companies and dairy farmers.The use of innovative research and development methods to continuously enrich the product to meet consumer demand structure changes.At the same time,it will introduce products such as industrial chain finance and the Internet to realize the value and sustainable development of the company.
