Talent is the key to ensuring the long-term stable development of the company.Since China's accession to the WTO,it has been a serious problem of brain drain in China's foreign trade industry.The complex and ever-changing international economic environment and the constant adjustment of relevant national policies have also brought challenges to China's foreign trade enterprises while creating opportunities for development.The demand for talents in foreign trade companies will be extremely strong,but the serious brain drain has become an unstable factor affecting the development of foreign trade enterprises in China.The problem of brain drain has become an important issue for foreign trade companies in human resource management.Sellers union group,founded in 2010,is a trading group company specialized in daily merchandise import and export business.In recent years,with the booming development of the foreign trade industry and the frequent flow of talents,the brain drain problem of the Group has become more and more serious.The group's brain drain is mainly grass-roots employees,supplemented by mid-to-high-level employees.Among the lost talents are outstanding newcomers who are recognized by the company,key talents who possess core information,outstanding business abilities,and high-end talents in special fields.The loss of talent will conduct a detrimental effect on the team's stable team building and the realization of corporate goals.According to this,based on the current situation of brain drain of the company and three typical cases,combined with the data analysis and survey materials of the Group's human resources department,the relevant brain drain theory,incentive theory and brain drain model are used as the theoretical basis to analyze the group.The influencing factors of the brain drain problem have arisen and targeted solutions have been proposed.The influencing factors of the brain drain of the group,on the basis of the source,can be summarized as factors from the outside of the company,internal factors of the company,and personal factors of the individual.The external factors of the company mainly include the influence of the industry environment,social politics and economy;the internal factors of the company mainly include the insufficiency of the human resources management system,lack of effective incentive mechanisms,and incomplete corporate culture construction;personal factors include the lack of sense of belonging,the pursuit of greater room for development and other non-work reasons.Based on the analysis of the specific reasons for the brain drain of the Sellers union group,personal factors and external factors from the company are uncontrollable factors.The company can only influence the choice of individuals by improving its own deficiencies.In order to reduce the brain drain of the company,the company needs to strengthen the group's own development,build a sound human resource management system,establish an effective incentive mechanism and strengthen the company's cultural development.
