Economic globalization relies on the progress of Information Technology(IT).As the primary resource of enterprises,human resource is closely related to the operation and development of IT enterprises.Improve the IT enterprise technical personnel's job satisfaction,arouse their enthusiasm and creativity,weaken its turnover intention,so as to avoid the brain drain and improve enterprise performance,leave the reasonable effective human resources plan,this is the most common concern of enterprises.The problem of IT technology brain drain is becoming more and more serious.This study aimed at Dalian IT enterprise technical personnel,based on the theory of job satisfaction,turnover intention and the brain drain,through literature analysis,depth interview and questionnaire method,sums up the technical brain drain current situation,reason of draining,and the main factors that affect the brain drain.On the basis of referring to the domestic and foreign scales,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the factors influencing the loss of technical talents in Dalian IT enterprises and IT was distributed among the technical talents of Dalian IT enterprises.Using SPSS22 statistical analysis software to analyze the survey data and verify the hypothesis.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the educational background and the working years of technical posts in the demographic variables have an influence on the dimission tendency.All dimensions of job satisfaction have an impact on turnover intention.This research focuses on how to prevent the loss of technical talents in IT enterprises in advance,find out the key influencing factors of the brain drain and propose relevant solutions.Retention of technical personnel through specific recommendations on the individual,organizational and external environment.For reference to other IT companies also have the same industry in China and help enterprises to fully arouse the enthusiasm of the core staff,to achieve the effective utilization of human resources,improve the competitive advantage of enterprises,to achieve the balance of the interests of all parties and maximize.
