Study On The Project Risk Management Of The Coal Machine System Of Dalian Port Company

In recent years,with the acceleration of globalization,the country's basic economic construction has been developing vigorously,and the national economy has been improving.At the same time,it has also exposed the lack of risk management in China's engineering projects.This paper starts from the risk management theory,and carries out a systematic study on the risk assessment methods by applying the commonly used risk assessment methods at present.At first,this paper consulted a large number of literature study,on the basis of the description of the system in the engineering project risk management related theory,through the detailed study of the theory of the relevant concepts of risk and risk management are discussed,and then in view of the four stages of risk management,has made a detail respectively.Secondly,this paper based on the engineering project risk evaluation methods in-depth study,and comparative analysis,it is concluded that the most of the research is independent research risk variables affect the whole project,and ignore the risk variables of the correlation between the conclusion.Because the correlation between the risk variables has a great influence on the whole project of to this conclusion,so this paper on the engineering project risk management related research present situation and the risk management of coal transportation system were reviewed on the basis of the integrated use integrated assessment methods for coal system of dalian port cargo wharf renovation project risk management of a comprehensive theoretical study and case analysis,it is concluded that the risk level of the modification of machine system,and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.The research results of this thesis can provide effective basis and means for the future project risk management of the company,and provide references for other projects about risk.
