A Study On The Disposal Of Non-performing Assets Of Yinghuai Rural Commercial Bank

As a lubricant of the normal operation in the modern society,the financial industry has an important influence both on the national economic development and social life stability.While for the commercial banks,whether the non-performing assets can be quickly and effectively digested is of great significance for the healthy development of the financial industry.At present,the non-performing assets of Yinghuai rural commercial bank are still very large,and the disposal method of non-performing assets is too single.Non-performing assets not only hinder the normal operation and development of banks,weaken the competitiveness of banks,are not conducive to the healthy development of regional economy,but also encourage enterprises to operate in a bad operating atmosphere,thus damaging the construction of social credit system.This paper focuses on the bank's disposal of non-performing assets,chooses Yinghuai rural commercial bank to conduct case studies,and uses the combination of literature research method,qualitative analysis method,and field investigation method to analyze the causes of Yinghuai rural commercial bank's non-performing assets and the disposal process.Find out the defects in the disposal process,such as the single disposal of bad assets,the relaxation of the pre-loan audit system.On this basis,taking the experience of foreign banks to dissolve bad assets for reference,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on the disposal of non-performing assets of Yinghuai rural commercial bank: strengthening the examination and supervision of loan issuance,innovating the disposal mode of non-performing assets,improving the internal management system of the bank,strengthening the risk awareness education of the internal staff of the bank,and actively cooperating with the government to seek more abundant disposal methods of non-performing assets.
