Research On The Problems And Strategies Of Investment Promotion In Dalian Jinpu New Area

Investment promotion is a key part to the regional economic development.As the tenth national level new area in China and the only national level new area in Northeast China,Dalian Jinpu New Area is vested by the central government with the strategic position of “one strategic high ground,one important growth pole,three pioneer zones and two centers”.Dalian Jinpu New Area attaches great importance to investment promotion.With the philosophy of “respecting enterprises,respecting entrepreneurs,and respecting tax-payers”,the investment promotion in Dalian Jinpu New Area is making progress steadily and the regional economy is increasing continuously.In terms of both foreign and domestic investment promotion,Dalian Jinpu New Area ranks first compared to the other districts or areas in Dalian..The investment promotion activities in Dalian Jinpu New Area lays a solid foundation for the economic development and also makes great contribution to Dalian.However,Dalian Jinpu New Area is still facing difficulties in its investment promotion.Dalian Jinpu New Area is currently in a crucial stage of restructuring and organizational reform.Based on the relevant foreign and domestic research investment promotion,this paper analyzes the current investment promotion in Dalian Jinpu New Area.Through distributing questionnaires to the enterprises located in Dalian Jinpu New Area and interviewing personnel in Dalian Jinpu New Area investment promotion organizations,intermediaries and chambers,this paper summarizes the existing problems and analyzes their causes.After taking into consideration the advanced experience of other areas in China,this paper proposes the strategies and solutions to the investment promotion in Dalian Jinpu New Area.It takes a deepened study and research to come up with the solutions and strategies to solve these problems,in order to further drive the economic development in Dalian Jinpu New Area.
