With the development of information technology,the service enterprises such as banks have entered the ranks of electronic information.In order to gain competitive advantages in the increasingly fierce competition,management efficiency must be put into effect to improve customer relationship,trade and service rights,and attach importance to the maintenance of customer relationship.In the fierce competition,it is an effective way for commercial banks to establish and strengthen competitive advantages by consolidating and developing high-quality customers and identifying market positioning and competition strategies that are different from those of competitors.Customers are the most important resources for banks,and how to segment customers and provide diversified and differentiated services to build customer loyalty will be the key for banks to win in the highly competitive market environment.To achieve these goals,customer relationship management(CRM)is involved.The idea of bank customer relationship management is to develop a customer centered bank customer management system to realize the continuous change and innovation of bank management.Through the digitalized management of customer data and business data,the bank can use the system to analyze and excavate the information to realize the pertinence and validity of the bank decision.In this paper,through the use of theoretical research and model analysis and other research methods,through the introduction of the basic research at home and abroad,the basic theory of customer relationship is expounded.Secondly,according to the actual development of the bank,the basic requirements of the CRM system are analyzed in detail,and the basic functions of the system,the related software and the database are introduced.Finally,the bank customer relationship management system is designed,the system design objectives and the overall structure of the system function module,describes the implementation process of bank customer relationship management system,including system software selection and implementation process,and the function of the system is the basic test,from the implementation of results business function and business process perspective,the system functional requirements testing.
