Optimization And Research Of Vehicle Ordering Quantity In Car Rental Industry

Car rental enterprises can not only promote the development of the automobile industry and drive consumption,which plays an irreplaceable role in the development of national economy.Foreign car rental industry has developed nearly 100 years,forming a mature business mode.China's automobile leasing industry is also a sunrise industry.Although it has broad prospects,it is also full of hardships,and there are many problems that need to be improved and solved.China is in a period of rapid development of economy,the social life style and consumption habits are gradually changing,people have produced the change of the idea of owning a car,for the future of China's car rental demand increases,but there is still a gap between the service capacity and demand car rental,this will be an optimal focus on car rental companies from the car manufacturer ordered car order quantity,the hope can provide some reference value for car rental companies.This paper mainly studies the car rental companies and car manufacturers in the best car optimal order quantity,we all know that when the car rental companies ordering the car,if the order quantity is greater than the market demand,there will be a part of the car is idle,resulting in a loss;similarly,when the order is less than the market demand,there will cause a shortage of car rental enterprises;so to purchase cars should be in a optimal order quantity,that is the problem in this paper we study;we divided into two types in this paper,firstly with the newsboy model obtained in the sufficient funds situation under the optimal order quantity of each vehicle;secondly,in the case of insufficient funds,we have used in operations research mathematical programming model The optimal order in the case of maximization of profit.Through the application of this model,it can provide a certain practical reference for the car rental enterprises to order the car.Finally,we also introduce the assessment of second-hand car prices model,can calculate the car rental company car service after the arrival,can approximate the selling price in the second-hand car market,through this model and newsboy model and the linear programming model,we can calculate the total profit of car rental enterprises final value.
