Research On The Construction Of Smart Public Service System For Zhang Jiajie Tourism

With the continuous development and integration of smart technologies,it has brought new opportunities and challenges to the public tourism service system.In 2016,the National Tourism Administration clarified ten key actions to promote the in-depth integration and innovation of the Internet and tourism in the Notice on Implementing the “Travel + Internet”Action Plan,focusing on “Improving the Public Service System for Smart Tourism”.In 2016,Zhangjiajie issued the “Work Plan for the Construction of Smart Tourism in Zhangjiajie City.”According to the work plan,public service system for smart travel has been initially established,including smart travel information services,transportation services,security protection services,administrative management services,convenience services for citizens and so on,it aims to meet the needs of tourists for tourism public services.This dissertation firstly conducts a comprehensive analysis of the relevant studies of the smart tourism public service system,thus defining the relevant concepts.On the basis of theoretical knowledge,a comprehensive discussion was made on the actual situation of the construction of the Zhangjiajie smart tourism public service system,and the problems existing in the construction of the smart tourism public service system were analyzed.Through the analysis and research,the Zhangjiajie smart tourism public service system has insufficient construction in four areas such as smart tourism information service,transportation service,administrative management service,and convenience service for citizens.It also analyzes the causes of the lack of construction.By drawing lessons from the experience of the construction of the public service system for smart tourism at home and abroad,the construction content is summarized.Based on the above research,this dissertation proposes improvement measures for Zhangjiajie's smart tourism public service system to make up for deficiencies in the process of building a smart tourism public service system and ensure the development of the smart tourism public service system,so as to enhance the comprehensive tourism service capabilities of Zhangjiajie and improve the government's intelligent management level,improve the overall quality of Zhangjiajie's smart travel public services and promote the development of informatization of tourism.
