Research On Taxpaying Service Of Local Taxation Bureau Under The Internet Plus Background

Nowadays,the rapid development of Internet has become an important part of economic growth and social progress,and the way of governmental management has also changed accordingly.Tax reform has become the most concern for the contemporary tax department.In the background of "the Internet plus",how to make good use of the Internet to improve the level of tax service is the big concern for us.This paper discusses how to improve the level of tax service in terms of hardware and software for the grass-roots tax authorities under the "Internet plus" background.This agrees with the main theme of social development.In the process of analysis,some existing problems were put forward in a targeted way,and then some possible rationalization proposals were provided from the aspect of new public management,combined with the advanced concepts of developed countries and the specific national conditions of China.There are many mature theories and working methods both at home and abroad in terms of theoretical aspects of tax service academia or the practical level of tax authorities' work.Based on these theories and methods,this research put the Binhai New Area of Tianjin city A Local Taxation Bureau as the research object,applying the concept of new public management and tax compliance theory to the promote the tax service practice,which can be used as the Internet and tax service work to combine good points.This article analyzed the current situation of Tianjin Binhai New Area A Local Taxation Bureau tax service through the literature method,case study method,questionnaire method,comparative method,etc.combined with the relevant data related to the Internet.Through studies of the United States,Singapore and other countries advanced experience in the Internet-based tax service,problems and causes existing in the present stage are summarized,and suggestions are put forward to optimize “Internet plus tax service”,including expansion and promotion of the remote service,improvement of data capturing analysis ability,perfection of the tax software operation and examination capacity,development of the personalized customization of tax service to taxpayers,and the construction of the taxpayer credit system etc..Popularizing Internet technology and the integration of Internet and tax service has become the main theme of contemporary tax reform,which is also the requirement of the era to the tax service.
