Innovation method is fundamental source of independent innovation and catalyst of innovation process,which can make enterprises change their minds,break through initial thinking pattern and improve innovation ability of enterprises from the beginning.Since Inner Mongolia has been approved as a pilot province of innovation method in 2010,the popularization and application of innovation method has been following development of the Four-Dimensional model in Inner Mongolia,that is,government-driven period,college promotion period,enterprise pulling period and self-conscious maturity period.Inner Mongolia has formed some innovation method demonstration enterprises after government driving and college promoting for eight years,in order to accelerate process of popularization and application of innovation method in Inner Mongolia,promote transformation of college promotion period to enterprise pulling period,and give play to radiation driving effect of innovation method demonstration enterprises in Inner Mongolia,therefore,this article researches on radiation effects of innovation method demonstration enterprises Inner Mongolia and analyzes how to maximize radiation effects,to provide ideas for innovation method demonstration enterprises radiate to general enterprises in Inner Mongolia.First,this article introduces research status of innovation and system dynamics home and abroad,system dynamics theory and the Four-Dimensional model of the popularization and application of innovation method in Inner Mongolia.Second,based on physical radiation and economic radiation,innovation method demonstration enterprises radiation has been proposed,this concept provides theoretical basis for the modeling of energy radiation of innovation method demonstration,through actual situation of innovation method demonstration enterprises in Inner Mongolia,it turns out that the ability of radiation effects of innovation method demonstration enterprises in Inner Mongolia is insufficient,therefore,a system dynamics model for energy radiation of innovation method demonstration enterprises is constructed,the simulation has been conducted and results reflect some important laws.Third,based on this model,sensitivity analysis is carried out to find out key factors,that is,radiation willingness,radiation level and radiation situation of innovation method demonstration enterprises,the results show that the bigger radiation willingness is,the higher radiation level is and the better radiation situation is,the bigger radiation effects of innovation method demonstration enterprises are.Then,this article analyzes application of key factors in practice and finds out that radiation level of innovation method demonstration enterprises includes general training,internal training and in-depth training.Grey relational analysis is used for the analysis of radiation level and analytic hierarchy process is used for radiation willingness and radiation situation,this article focuses on how to improve radiation level,radiation willingness and radiation situation of innovation method demonstration enterprises in Inner Mongolia,then suggestion are given on how to improve the radiation effects of innovation method demonstration enterprises in Inner Mongolia from seven aspects.Finally,we put forward the conclusion of this paper.
