Demonstration Effect Of Heyuan Lighthouse Basin National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone

With the advancement of my country’s agricultural modernization process,the advancement of agricultural supply-side structural reform,and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of my country’s national modern agricultural demonstration areas has ushered in new development opportunities.The Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China promulgated the "Opinions on the Establishment of National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zones" in 2009.The opinions pointed out that a number of national modern agricultural demonstration zones with local characteristics should be innovated throughout the country.In the government report,it was clearly planned to create a national modern agriculture demonstration zone with Chinese characteristics,and a notification of declaration was issued in April of that year.All localities attached great importance to it and actively cooperated.This marked the official start of the work of my country’s modern agriculture pilot demonstration zone.construction is of great significance.The exploration and construction of the modern national agricultural demonstration area provides a reference template for the sustainable development of modern agriculture in the future.In the next period of time,the construction of demonstration areas will be regarded as an important part of the early stage of the modern agricultural construction system,which will be of great significance to the transformation and transformation of traditional agriculture in local areas,and will also play a demonstration and leading role in modern agriculture with Chinese characteristics.In order to better understand the current demonstration effect of the Dengta Basin Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone in Heyuan City,a survey was conducted on 20 towns in the Dengta Basin,in order to have a comprehensive and macroscopic grasp of the demonstration effect of the Dengta Basin Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone,and proposed Relevant measures are expected to achieve the goal of improving the demonstration effect of the modern agricultural demonstration area in the Dengta Basin and make certain contributions to rural revitalization.The main research methods adopted in this paper include literature research,inductive analysis,field visit,etc.,and the actual operation effect and demonstration effect of the modern agricultural demonstration area in the Dengta Basin of Heyuan City are studied and analyzed.After analyzing the operation status of the agricultural demonstration area in this area,the problems existing in the demonstration process are studied.The results show that the demonstration process of the modern agricultural demonstration area in the DengtaBasin of Heyuan City has the problem that the demonstration effect is not obvious,such as the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.There are main problems such as insufficient demonstration and demonstration of modern agricultural management system and mechanism innovation.On the other hand,there are problems of insufficient radiation and driving effects,such as insufficient radiation and driving effects of promoting farmers’ income,industrial development,and promoting economic development.The above problems have been discussed to improve the demonstration effect of Heyuan Dengta Basin National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone from three aspects: cultivating innovative enterprises and entrepreneur groups,forming a certain scale of economic benefits,and creating a good investment environment and production environment.In recent years,the growth pole theory has been often applied to regional development.Now,the growth pole theory has been introduced into the research on the demonstration effect of modern agricultural demonstration areas.While learning from the demonstration effect experience of other advanced demonstration areas,it is also exploring the countermeasures suitable for the towns and villages under the jurisdiction of the Dengta Basin.In order to achieve the goal of improving the demonstration effect of Heyuan City Dengta Basin National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone,it will provide an important method for accelerating the development of Heyuan City’s modern agriculture.
