Research Of The Developmental Model On The Organic Walnut Manufacture In Yangbi

Yangbi county of Yunnan province is famous for its walnut planting,which walnut planting area reaches 1.07 million mu.The economic value of walnut industry has become the main income of farmers.In this paper,the developmenting of forests economic operation model,based on the Qingkou Walnut Professional Cooperative,was of great significance to the development of walnut industry.It was important for Yangbi organic walnut manufacture to satisfy people's increasing consumption demand,increase farmers' income,avoid environmental pollution and damage to ecosystem,and enhance the market competitiveness and brand image of Yangbi organic walnut.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature collection,field investigation and interview.The study showed that the local soil,water and atmosphere in Qingkou area were suitable for the cultivation of organic walnuts.At present,the planting organic walnut of Hickory Walnut has formed five-in-one ecological agriculture model,including planting,a walnut green fertilizer,feed crop,ecological pig(chicken),and planting.The own intellectual-property rights of smokeless drying equipment provided convenience for organic walnut production.The advantages of Qingkou Cooperative Development of organic walnut were its unique environmental conditions,scientific management and advanced walnut baking technology.But some problems limited the industry development of organic walnut,such as non-unified technical regulations,weak consciousness of popularization,small promotion area,insufficiency government support.In view of these problems,the following strategies are proposed in this paper.First of all,analysis and summary on Qingkou Cooperative Development Model of organic walnut,through the selection of organic walnut varieties,scientific and rational application of organic manure,physical and organic methods to prevent and control diseases and insect pests,smokeless baking technology,green environmental organic packaging technology and forest economic operation.Second,establishing leadership team of forestry bureau,relying on the relevant experts as technical support,and then promoting in the county area.In the early stage,learning then training;In the medium term,publicity brochures,posters and videos for promotion.Finally,YangBi County government and forestry administration service,including a support of financial supplies,technical guidance and consulting services for the processing of organic walnuts,etc.Therefore,based on organic walnuts present situation of Qingkou Professional Cooperatives,we put forward a suitable organic walnuts development model for YangBi County: development model of organic walnut industry driven by planting under-forests economy.It can be combined with the local short stalked plant,Chinese traditional medicine grass,and forage grass,under the plantation of rotation tillage,avoiding the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers,increasing the soil fertility.This will be beneficial for good natural environment of organic walnut,as well as improvement of the ecological,economic and social benefits of YangBi County.
