Investigation On The Promotion Of Organic Food In Suzhou Wujiang District

Wujiang District in Suzhou City is known as an abundant place,where agricultural culture has been developed with a powerful economy.In recent years,Wujiang district has achieved remarkable achievements in agricultural modernization and food security."law of produce quality standardization system construction" established by Wujiang,in China's food safety legal system peak BBS regarded as a "model" of agricultural production safety in Wujiang,became one of the "Ten Best Practices" of the first national food safety system innovation.To promote organic food is an inevitable path to develop organic agriculture,which has been proven that is one of the best effective and dependable ways for China and the other countries.There is still a gap between China's organic food promotion and western developed countries and even our neighbor countries.The biggest difference is that consumers have a lower trust on organic food.The job of promoting organic food needs to find out an available way to connect producers and consumers.This paper summarizes the main models of organic agricultural production and organic food promotion in China and abroad,and analyzes mainly the measures and effects of the development of organic agricultural production and promotion of organic food in Wujiang District in Suzhou City,Jiangsu province.This article choose a typical case of promoting organic food practiced by department cafeteria in Wujiang District,analyzing the special practice and discussing the ideas and methods of promoting organic food which could be an available way for Wujiang District.The author believes that the promotion of organic food in the canteen of Party,Government,schools,hospitals and other institutions' public Windows,as an effective breakthrough in the promotion of organic food,will get twofold results with half the effort.
