In the context of rural revitalization and tourism management according to law,ancient village tourism has become to promote them to improve their level of employment,the increase of household income,the adjustment of industrial structure,one of the important ways to improve the ecological environment and the poor areas out of poverty to flee;but at the same time,it had a lot of problems and contradictions,the contradiction of resource compensation into the conflict between the company and the outstanding performance is the area of community residents,community participation and the problem of insufficient.scholars have done a lot of research in the form of resource compensation,legal basis,community empowerment and institutional guarantee,which provides a solid theoretical foundation for this article.In this study,scenic resort community relations as the breakthrough point,based on literature research and field research,through the construction of LiKeng village perception Likeng scale evaluation system,using SPSS and AMOS software,build LiKeng scenic resort community relationship between structural equation model and verify the causal relationship between the 7 latent variables in order to reveal the factors,LiKeng scenic resort community competition degree and its influence;by embedding the easement system,construction of LiKeng scenic resort community competition balance "double right"(both enterprise and community empowerment)mechanism,which extends the research content of community empowerment theory,but also promote the innovation of research methods the community relations of the scenic spot.The content of the article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the background of the topic,the research methods and technical route as well as the research content and significance,and the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad do a literature review;the second chapter introduces the function of the theoretical basis of this research,and SPSS and AMOS software the application in this paper;the third chapter expounds LiKeng scenic overview and tourism development status,characteristics and on the basis of investigation and interview records of Li Keng villagers on scenic resort community development co-opetition relationship were summarized;the fourth chapter is based on the statistical data of residents' perception evaluation,construct LiKeng scenic resort community competition thedegree of structural equation model using SPSS and AMOS software,among the 9hypotheses modified,6 hypotheses are verified,and the coincidence degree of scenic resort community classification analysis and evaluation;the fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the community relationship coordination LiKeng scenic area-that is to enable the easement system mechanism is to solve the unfair distribution of benefits,effective system mechanism to protect the interests of both sides,and include the government,companies,communities,scenic security system.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of the article.Research shows that: Wuyuan LiKeng scenic resort community relationship development problem in specific programs and the ticket into the villagers' dissatisfaction with the management of scenic spots,the transformation of the mode of management to enable the easement system and scenic companies can effectively solve the above problem.However,there are still some shortcomings in the research.The new allocation plan after the expiration of the first development contract in 2021 is still in the process of deliberation.The value compensation standard of the easement of the villagers to the non-business households needs further discussion.
