| Water resources are one of the resources that people depend on for their survival.In recent years,with the growth of China's economy,the rapid progress of science and technology,the increasing number of urbanization population and the increasing consumption level,the problem of water resources scarcity is becoming more and more serious.It is urgent for our country to solve the problem of water shortage as soon as possible so as to ensure the sustainable and stable development of our country.Since 2014,China has begun to pay special attention to the application of PPP mode in water industry.PPP mode is undoubtedly a gospel for enterprises with economic strength and excellent management and management capabilities.In addition,in recent years,China's water industry has also frequently appeared in the lack of funds to lead to the disruption of the project,and the introduction of PPP model can solve the problems brought by the shortage of funds for the water industry of our country.In the future,the water industry will vigorously promote and apply the PPP mode.Compared with the traditional mode,PPP can not only solve the problems of government funding,but also introduce advanced technology and management concepts that are worth learning from.It can effectively alleviate the problems caused by the lagging development of the water market.This paper firstly introduces the definition and characteristics of PPP mode and the theoretical basis of PPP mode,and then points out the the necessity and feasibility of introducing PPP model to the water industry.Secondly,taking bishui yuan company as an example,through the introduction of the company's background and the analysis of the effect before and after the PPP mode,we find some problems that still exist in the company.Finally,it summarizes the recommendations for the introduction of PPP related enterprises,government and financial institutions.It is suggested that the government departments continue to promote the application of PPP in the urban water industry from four aspects: compliance with the provisions of the agreement,the formulation of the corresponding preferential measures,the sharing of profit sharing risks with enterprises and the strengthening of supervision.It is suggested that financial institutions should speed up reform and innovation and adapt to the new model of project financing.At the same time,it suggests that related enterprises improve their management level,enhance their competitiveness and develop their own core technologies,so as to improve their competitive ability. |
