In today's booming economy and society,with the improvement of people's living standard,the concept of tourism is gradually strengthened.In the face of the tourism market becoming increasingly fierce competitive environment,tourists' satisfaction degree of the scenic spot become the key factor affecting the development of the scenic spot.In the information era of rapid development,a good evaluation of the effect as the outstanding advertising,based on this,if tourists to the satisfaction of scenic spot is higher,so its itself will not only improve the revisit rate,also would lead to many potential customers to make travel decisions.On the contrary it will restrict good development of the scenic spot.So for managers of scenic spot,how to improve tourist satisfaction degree is the effective way to expand the market core competitiveness.At the same time,the benign development of the scenic spot and introduce new tourism products has the very vital significance.Changbai Mountain scenic area is one of the first 5A scenic spots in China.With the prosperity of tourism,Changbai Mountain scenic spot has become more and more prominent.To Changbai Mountain tourism scenic area as the research object,this paper combined with the domestic and foreign research status of academia in the aspect of tourist satisfaction,analyzing and drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign scholars in the exploration results on the tourist satisfaction.Through on-the-spot questionnaire survey method to get the real data,to support the interpretation model to build structural model method and analytic hierarchy process.In this paper,after the visitors in the scenic spot for true feelings as the foundation,using qualitative and quantitative analysis research method of combining exploration after the visitors in Changbai Mountain scenic area for satisfaction evaluation.Finally,this paper according to the results of the statistical analysis of data processing,combining the reality of Changbai Mountain scenic spots,for the scenic spot quality upgrading,implementation of efficient management,increasing revenue,and enhancing scenic appeal to tourists,it puts forward the target for the sustainable and development countermeasures.
