The development of science and technology and the improvement of economic level,the population and resources to enrich the bank customers,brought opportunities and challenges for banking development,banking business model and marketing strategy which great changes have taken place.Based on the bank of China,LangFang branch as the research object,through combing the relevant service marketing strategy research,summarizes the related theory about bank service marketing,think the bank is through the service to meet customer demand,to financial products as the carrier will give proper customer service sales business strategy and activities.Foreign mature commercial Banks will be used to supplement the traditional marketing,service marketing and service marketing of the new content as the center of gravity of the bank marketing strategy development,through the bank service marketing strategy to improve its core competitiveness is the primary task in the development of banking.As the change of the state's financial policy,the development of various types of financial institutions to the bank of China with a long history has a significant effect.The bank of China in order to be able to obtain a new competitive advantage,is committed to comprehensively enhance the level of marketing strategy,grasp the market opportunity,therefore,study of Chinese banking services marketing strategy is a significant research on the development of Chinese Banks.This paper aimed at the thesis aimed to collect and analysis of service marketing research status at home and abroad,defines the core concepts and related theory,theory of service marketing,service marketing,analyzing the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the theory of marketing strategy analysis,theoretical analysis was carried out on the current situation of the development of the bank of China,LangFang.Thinking on the marketing strategy of bank of China,LangFang branch at present existence question,need in the management concept and service concept an overhaul.Finally,through the bank of China,LangFang the analysis of the present situation and the environment determines the bank of China,LangFang branch service marketing strategy,to promote the service marketing of bank of China,LangFang branch puts forwardreasonable Suggestions.At the same time,the bank service terminal hardware construction,enterprise culture construction and improve the service personnel assessment system for implementation of security service marketing management,to ensure that this paper puts forward the effective implementation of the banking services marketing strategy.
