Commercial banks development recent years relatively large fluctuations, because of the continual increase of China's bank industry development policy reform, the market competition degree of freedom continues to increase, large commercial banks in the competition which occupy the absolute status, the medium-sized commercial banks like Minsheng Bank in the development is very limited, in the marketing strategy and the four major commercial banks have large gap, in the competitive and not with the four major commercial banks compared, marketing ability and level are relatively low.The according to the existing research data, using literature research method,comparative research method, case study method, has carried on the analysis to the marketing strategy of Minsheng Bank, from five part of Qinhuangdao branch of the Minsheng Bank marketing situation was analyzed.Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of the study, as well as the current situation of domestic and foreign research, and introduces the main content and methods of the research. The use of marketing theory, analysis of the Qinhuangdao branch of Minsheng Bank's external environment, package from the macro environment, industry environment and other aspects of the analysis and description, detailed analysis of the Qinhuangdao branch of the environment.Secondly, the analysis of the internal environment of the Minsheng Bank of China Qinhuangdao branch, including Qinhuangdao branch of the Minsheng Bank's basic situation, the organizational structure, the company's human resources management,products, using the SWOT theory of Minsheng Bank's strengths and weaknesses in Qinhuangdao market, will and shortcomings are analyzed in detail. On this basis, the use of a variety of marketing theory, has carried on the comprehensive elaboration of the Minsheng Bank of China Qinhuangdao branch of the marketing strategy and the strategic establishment, including market segmentation, target market selection, product positioning,focuses on the combination of marketing strategy, here mainly use 4P theory, and from four aspects of product, price, channel and promotion are studied.Finally, from the perspective of strategic security and risk management, the implementation of the marketing strategy of Minsheng Bank put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and points out that the Minsheng Bank of China Qinhuangdao branch should build up the system of personnel security, financial security system, the suggestion of innovative marketing channels.Through the above research, hoping to comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Minsheng Bank of China Qinhuangdao branch marketing situation, and marketing in the presence of some problems, the proposed recommendations mainly for Minsheng Bank marketing work, hope to provide some help and Enlightenment of Minsheng Bank Marketing Management and decision-making, the marketing work.
