With the development of the economy and society,stock incentive played an important role in compensation system of quoted company.Stock incentive made a huge success in improving corporate governance.Since 1900 s,enterprises in our country began to use stock incentives as a mean to solve problems appeared in the process of enterprise development,which also has obtained achievements.The researches on stock incentive written by domestic and foreign scholars are increasing.There were many existing studies focused on enterprise value and ignored the firsthand experience of the motivator and incentive environment.This article skipped mediator variable,focused on the reaction of motivators,picked F company as represent of private high-tech quoted company,analyzed the effectiveness of F company's stock incentive plan.F company is a professional commodities service provider.Founded in 2000,F company is the parent company of two listed subsidiaries and is now China's leading bulk commodities information,consulting,and E-commerce service provider.On April 2016,F company putted stock incentive into effect.As the time of the incentive plan is short,it is important to evaluate the effectiveness of its incentive plan in time,in order to verify the proper incentive plan or adjust the current equity incentive plan.This article used mean comparison,regression analysis to analysis the effectiveness of the stock incentive,and to give the suggestions of improving the F company's stock incentive plan.First of all,with sorting out the previous literature,this article discussed theory and previous of stock incentive.Secondly,by picking F company as the represent of private high-tech quoted company in China,this article explored the financial performance and questionnaire investigation for motivators,and also tested the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Thirdly,by contrasting financial data before and after the stock incentive plan of F company,this article come to the conclusion as below: The effect of F company's stock incentive plan is positive.The impact on senior executive personal behavior is the biggest and most obvious.The order of the rest are the improvement of internal governance,the promote of senior executives' self value,the talents retain,the impact of team cohesiveness and company innovation.At last,this article analyzed the results of data analysis,and gived the suggestion as followed: optimizing internal governance,establishing a complete system for stock incentive plan,strengthening enterprise innovation and setting up appropriate assessment standards.
