With the sharing economy sweeping the world,this new business form has exploded in China.The shortage of traffic resources and road resources which can not be changed in a short period of time decides that the area of automobile sharing is the breakthrough point of sharing economy in China.Because of the advantages of flexible and convenient,energy saving,emission reduction,and the efficient distribution of social resources,carsharing has become a new form of shared travel which is encouraged by the state.At present,the carsharing is still at the embryonic stage in our country,the mode is not mature yet,and there are many problems in operation,such as irregular management and poor user experience.Therefore,how to optimize the user experience of sharing is particularly important.Firstly,the paper studies the theory of sharing economy and user experience,combing and summarizing the existing elements of user experience and user experience level model,and finds that elements are divided into three type: functional elements,usability elements,emotional elements which providing a theoretical basis for the model proposed in this paper.Secondly,it introduces the concept,characteristics,location and main body of carsharing,summarizes the advantages of the time-sharing leasing mode,analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the development of carsharing in China,and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of carsharing operation and user experience.Thirdly,the user experience elements are collected by means of on-the-spot observation,user interview and classified by card taxonomy.11 elements model of carsharing user experience is established,and the elements are divided into useful,easy to use,love to use three levels according to factors of progressive relationship.Then the concept model was tested and quantitatively researched by using the self-reported questionnaire of carsharing as well as the expectation and user experience questionnaire.Empirical research was conducted on the correctness of each factor by using the correlation analysis method.At the same time,a regression equation was established to clarify the main influencing factors and their coefficients on carsharing user experience,and turn qualitative questions into quantitative research.Finally,under the guidance of the obtained elemental model,the smart carsharing station project——Scarport was designed.After the design research,the single factor ANOVA which analyzed users' willingness of using carsharing with different demographic characteristics is carried out to determine the specific characteristics of the users of the carsharing station,and collect the user's preference for specific design.Combined with the expression form of user experience elements in the product design,the functional requirements of the product were determined,and the design of smart carsharing station hardware,offline terminal system and mobile phone app was made.In this paper,through researching the level and elements of carsharing user experience,this paper clarifies the user experience of carsharing should be promoted and evaluated from which dimensions.It provides a reference and suggestion for car sharing enterprises and the design related hardware facilities and software.The paper hope to provide examples and reference for the development direction of carsharing through the design of intelligent carsharing rental management station.
