Research On Internal Control Of Wuxi Rural Commercial Bank

Internal control is very important for enterprises,which is an important guarantee for effectively preventing risks and improving operational efficiency.In recent years,with the continuous progress of China's financial industry reform,some agricultural and commercial banks are booming,which has strong power for the rural economic prosperity.However,because many agricultural commercial banks have a short time,there are still many problems in the construction of internal control system.Under this background,this paper analyzes the problems and Countermeasures of the construction of the internal control system of the listed agricultural and commercial banks in Wuxi,which has just been listed in 2016.This paper puts forward the research background,research purpose,research significance,research status,research methods,on the basis of related theoretical basis of the commercial Banks internal control: theory of internal control concept,the internal control of listed companies,commercial Banks internal control,internal control system,content,and risk management,and other related theory,do the analysis and research.Combined with the internal control of wuxi rural commercial bank,analyzes emphatically on the bank of wuxi in the internal control environment,risk identification and evaluation of internal control,internal control measures,information transmission and communication,supervision and internal control that some of the existing situation of internal control in five aspects,and the author through field visiting survey found some questions such as: talent introduction environment science exists the phenomenon of cronyism,risk identification system was not set up,implementation of internal control process in place,supervision mechanism is not sound,etc.Aiming at these problems,the corresponding solutions and Suggestions are put forward.It is recommended to improve the management structure and establish a full-time information management department to strengthen the internal information transfer.It is recommended to optimize the internal control environment.Improve risk assessment system to strengthen risk management in three aspects: risk identification,risk assessment and risk control;It is suggested to strengthen the implementation of internal control measures on credit business and capital reserve.It is recommended to establish an independent information management department to promote the overall information exchange and communication between enterprises.It is recommended to strengthen internal supervision and management,etc.To optimize wuxi bank internal control aspect,can quickly conform to the requirements of the listed Banks' internal control at the same time make wuxi bank better able to cope with the increasingly fierce financial market environment.The innovation point of this article is to combine the theoretical analysis and practice,put forward the relevant elements involved in the internal control system of the enterprise,creatively analyze the problems existing in the internal control of the Wuxi Agricultural and Commercial Banks,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.The deficiency lies in the lack of in-depth research on the individual basic theory,less research on the specific operation of Wuxi Agricultural and Commercial Banks,the lack of thorough analysis of some problems,and the lack of pertinence and maneuverability of some countermeasures and suggestions.
