Sustainable Financial Performance Evaluation And Analysis Of SG Company Based On Triple Bottom Line

With the development of economy,the progress of society and the increasingly seriqus environmental problems,the issue of sustainable development has attracted more and more attention.Performance evaluation based on sustainable development has also become a hot topic for Chinese and foreign scholars.This paper uses the method of combining theory and practice on the basis of literature review summary,SG company as the research object,the sustainable financial performance evaluation and analysis on the research,so as to provide new theoretical basis for performance evaluation of enterprise,provide a good reference for SG company future development.First of all,this paper sorts out and summarizes the existing domestic and foreign related research literatures,elaborates and explains the sustainable development theory,stakeholder theory and other relevant theories.Secondly,based on the performance management,performance evaluation standard,the performance evaluation indicators and performance analysis and feedback four aspects analyzing SG company current performance management was described,and points out its existing problems.Then,this article follows the scientific,systematic,comprehensive,feasibility and the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative,from economic,social and environmental sustainability,three dimensions selected three level indicators,12 secondary indicators,33 three-level index constituted based on the triple bottom line sustainable financial performance evaluation index system of SG company.On this basis,according to the time series data of SG from 2012 to 2016,the index weight was determined by using entropy weight method,and the comprehensive index method was used to evaluate the sustainable financial performance of SG company.Finally,this paper analyze the SG company sustainable financial performance,analysis of financial performance analysis including economic,social,environmental,triple and sustainable financial performance comprehensive analysis,finally gives the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the sustainable financial performance.Research shows that from 2012 to 2016,the change of sustainable financial performance for SG company is first increased,then decreased and then increased.In order to improve sustainable financial performance of SG company,the following countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed.Second,improve asset quality and optimize capital structure.Third,strengthen technological innovation and consolidate technological advantages.
