The Research On Financial Risk Of Enterprises,Technological Innovation

In recent years,our country has always advocated the construction of an innovative country.Under the call of the times of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",many enterprises continue to carry out technological innovation activities and continuously improve their own technological innovation ability.However,the process of technological innovation is complicated,with various uncertainties,resulting in different financial risks of technological innovation.Therefore,it is significant to study the financial risk of enterprise technological innovation.This paper takes the financial risk of enterprise technological innovation as the research object,and expounds the research background,theoretical and practical significance of the subject.By analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad,explaining the connotation of technological innovation in enterprises,summarizing the characteristics of technological innovation activities,decomposing the process of enterprise technological innovation into five stages.Based on the theory of risk management and the theory of internal control,this paper analyzes the causes of the risk of technological innovation from the internal and external aspects,and explains the feasibility of studying the risk of technological innovation.This paper points out the main financial risks in each stage,and discusses the financial risks that may occur in the process of technological innovation,classifying and grading the risk.By setting the goal of financial risk management of technological innovation,designing the basic framework of risk management mode,putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions of risk management and discussing the main financial risk in each stage,etc,the aim is to meet the needs of the relevant information users in the enterprise,and to manage and control the financial risk of enterprise technological innovation in a timely and effective manner.At the same time,taking the research and development of BH enterprises,intelligent ship as an example,we identify and control financial risk,establish long-term guarantee mechanism,emphasize the role of organization communication mechanism and construct information management platform.Finally,we summarize the main viewpoints and shortcomings in this paper.
