Research On Relationship Between Financial Innovation And Technological Innovation

Both innovation and development are eternal themes and besides, finance and techenology are strong driving forces to push forward the transformation of the ways to achieve economic growth. The fusion degree of technological and financial innovations may have effect on a nation's development in the fields of technological and financial industries and in addition, on ways to develop economy. China is now in the period of transition of economic system so that we should pay more attention to the close integration of technology and finance and provides powerful supports in the respects of policies, regulations, operating systems and so on to realize prosperity in both technology and finance.Since then, there is profound theoretical significance as well as practical value to make deep study on interrelationships financial and technological innovations and based on the study, to analyze and establish close integration of our financial and technological innovations and to put forward suggestions to realize integration of technological finance.The paper is spilt up into six chapters. The first chapter sums up process of establishing innovation theory and meanwhile, analyzes development trial and important contribution of two innovations theories'research lines; in the second chapter, it mainly concentrates on explaining the definition of financial innovation and introducing several financial innovation's theoretical models; at the same time, taking America as example, it also sums up technological innovation of financial innovation and its computerized trend; the third and the fourth chapter introduce effects on banking and securities industries'financial innovations caused by technological innovation separately; Based on analyzing technological innovation's uncertainty as well as funds demand in different phases of technological innovation, the fifth chapter elaborates influence on technological innovation caused by financial innovation; in the sixth chapter, the paper analyzed the definition, representation and value of integration of finance and technology and finally on the basis of the above comparison and analyses, it puts forward several policy suggestions on promoting the development of integration of our technology and finance.Besides, the paper also contains my personal opinions on interrelationship of financial and technological innovation and ideas to promote the development of integration of our technology and finance.
