Research Of Industrial Cluster's Innovation Bass On Company's Social Capital

In the late 1970s, driven by the wave of new technological revolution that the information technology revolution led, technological innovation theory developed rapidly, and technological innovation process model changed from classic technology-driven, market-pull linear model to integration innovation and network model in which technology and the market interacts, knowledge stock and basic research mutual links, technological innovation's study expanded from a company to a department even a country, innovation system theory stressed innovation main-body's collective efficiency and innovation behavior synergism, and industrial cluster's innovation became more and more significant. In industrial clusters, innovation advantage is one of the performances of industry cluster competitive advantage, and in the industrial cluster system, social capital is the key factor. A company as the elements of a cluster, the research of the function of company's social capital on industrial cluster's innovation is meaningful. On the basis of company's social capital and industrial cluster's related research, this paper starts from social capital's research, analyze ways and means which ways social capital influence industrial cluster's innovation, then uses a model and three examples to study the influence company's social capital give industrial cluster. At last against present situation of company's social capital in China give some suggestions and ideas.This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1 expatiates on research background,signification,and does conclusion,summary and comments about the relative domestic and foreign literatures on company's social capital and industrial cluster's innovation. Besides this,the paper also point out the method which is used in the research,basic frame and main innovation in the article.Chapter II starts from the current situation of company's social capital's theory, and analyzes the strong ties, the weak ties and structural holes in social capital.Chapter III analyzes how company's social capital affects the innovation advantages of industrial cluster: First, the company's social capital and knowledge creation and circulation; Second, company's social capital and innovation incentive function.Chapter IV uses a model and three examples to study the relationship between company's social capital and industrial cluster's innovation. Then links China's actual conditions, analyzes China's company current social capital in industrial cluster and a number of issues exist, and based on this, gives some suggestions and views on China's, hopes that the development of social capital Cluster play a role in promoting industrial clusters innovation.Chapter V does the conclusion and points out the deficiency and the developing direction in the future.
