In recent years,domestic equipment manufacturing enterprises have been affected by the rapid development of emerging technologies and the rapid changes in market environment.The internal and external uncertainties faced during the execution of orders are increasing.At the same time,modern production management requires high on-time completion rates,agile response,and low cost.However,product structure,process flow and production plan of the complex equipment are complex and cumbersome.Under this background,the traditional production planning management mode can not meet the actual production needs of enterprises,and a scientific and rational production planning method has great significance for the enterprises to improve production efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness.This article is based on the actual production management of complex equipment manufacturing company.Based on the actual production management of complex equipment manufacturing company,this paper focuses on three aspects: establishing a hierarchical production planning management system framework for the entire company,and then establishing a production network planning model based on company-level products.Finally,focusing on the resource-constrained multi-project duration optimization problem,a mathematical planning model is established and a tabu search algorithm is designed to solve the problem.The details are described as follows:(1)A hierarchical production planning management system framework for complex equipment manufacturing enterprises oriented to project manufacturing is established,and corresponding production planning management system functions and integration scheme are designed.First of all,for the order-driven production model,the more popular production planning methods such as MRP and JIT cannot completely cover and apply to the actual problems of production planning and management of complex equipment enterprises.Then the product structure and production process characteristics of complex equipment are analyzed.A multiple hybrid production planning management model with network planning as the core is proposed.Then,the idea of project approach management is integrated into the production planning management of equipment manufacturing enterprises,and a hierarchical production planning system framework for project manufacturing that is more in line with the characteristics of its product production is constructed.Finally,the order-driven project production planning management system function module and integration scheme are designed.(2)A hierarchical network planning model based on product standard of scheduled time and quantity model is established,and an improved hierarchical network planning algorithm is proposed to calculate the time of nodes.First of all,for the problem that complex equipment products plan to use project mode management and there is no MBOM information when the product project plan is formulated.The product standard of scheduled time and quantity model is constructed to provide a relatively accurate data basis for project network planning.Then,based on the template data that the layered production network planning model of product is established,and based on the differences between the planning granularity and the planning objects that an algorithm for calculating network planning time parameters is given.Finally,the feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified by an example.(3)A resource-constrained multi-project duration optimization model is established considering the big-process task external production,and a tabu search algorithm is designed to solve the model.First of all,the core issue of the product production network planning layer is the time schedule and resource allocation of the project's big-process tasks based on resource constraints.Considering that non-critical processes can be outsourced production to guarantee delivery time requirements,a multi-mode multi-project scheduling model under resource constraints is established with the goal of minimizing early tardiness penalties,key equipment idle penalties and task production costs of taking up resources.Then,for the model is NP-hard problem,the tabu search algorithm is combined with the network planning to solve the model.Finally,a simple numerical example is used to verify the feasibility of the problem model and solution ideas.And the tabu search algorithm is used for solving and comparing analysis based on the simulation examples of the actual production data to verify the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
