With the deterioration of the environment and the popularity of the counterfeit goods,it is an urgent matter to pay attention to the social responsibility activities of enterprises,which is also an important part of maintaining the harmonious and orderly development of the society.But there are many enterprises who want to escape from social responsibility in the daily production and operation activities.They think the deed of paying attention to social responsibility activities in their daily production and operation activities will only bring financial burden to themselves,which is not conducive to its own survival and development.At the same time,most of the existing research focuses on the implementation of social responsibility activities of large enterprises,and neglects the social responsibility of small enterprises,especially the business activities of venture enterprises.Therefore,this paper analyzes the definition and characteristics of the venture enterprise,and constructs its social responsibility evaluation system to explore the interaction effect between the enterprise and the enterprise performance,in order to improve the awareness of the venture enterprise to undertake the social responsibility activities and make the venture enterprise engaged in social responsibility activities in a better and more consistent way.And the competitive advantage of the enterprise is formed.First,this paper expounds the research background and significance of research on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and enterprise performance,summarizes the domestic and foreign status of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and enterprise performance,and introduces the research contents,methods and related theories for laying the foundation for later study.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and related theories of the enterprise,this paper evaluates the social responsibility of the enterprise from six aspects,and establishes the research model of this article.Thirdly,based on the datas from 2012 to 2015,this paper uses the data statistics software to verify the interaction between csr and business performance.Finally,according to the results of the empirical analysis and the related theories,it provides some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the importance of social responsibility in the business activities of the enterprise and how to undertake the social responsibility of the enterprise better.
