The evaluation of enterprise value generally includes three methods in practical application,namely income method,cost method and market method.In the current domestic market,the use of the income method is a relatively large proportion,and generally the market method is selected as an aid to the evaluation conclusion.However,in the international market,the market method can more objectively and reasonably show the value of the object being assessed.The current market law used in practice has some flaws.Among them,the market law needs to compare the financial data of the assessed unit with the financial data of the comparable case companies on the basis of the selection of transaction cases,and adjust the financial data of the comparable case companies to a certain extent so as to obtain the assessment unit's financial data.Corporate value;while the data used by the income method is the financial data of the assessed enterprise itself;compared with the comparison between the two,the transaction method chosen by the market method is relatively limited,and it is difficult to correct the value ratio of the evaluated enterprise.Including all factors affecting the transaction price,and market law in the process of screening comparable transaction examples,in addition to the use of flushing software,many asset appraisers will select comparable companies based on personal experience,so the company's experience in asset valuation market law asset appraiser The ingredients will occupy a certain proportion.Therefore,this paper is committed to providing a way to eliminate some of the empirical components of asset appraisers to a certain extent,so that the evaluation conclusion is more objective and reasonable.This article first briefly summarizes the research purpose,research significance,literature review and innovation at home and abroad,etc.It also introduces the theory of grey relational degree and calculation method steps and the evaluation process of the market valuation method of enterprise value evaluation.Through the evaluation process,it proposes screening companies and price index amendments.The existence of subjective factors on the impact of the evaluation value,and proposed the use ofgray correlation analysis method to solve.Secondly,this paper uses HL Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as an example to apply the grey correlation analysis to the screening process of comparable companies,rank them according to the degree of relevance and obtain the weight of comparable companies,and use weights to revise the income price index,which is not only effective The reduction of the impact of subjective factors on the evaluation conclusions,and to a certain extent,reduces the error caused by the mean value.Finally,this article simply compares the market evaluation results with the income method evaluation results obtained during the internship process,briefly analyzes the causes of the differences,and summarizes the deficiencies of the paper.
