Research On Internal Control Appraisal Of China's Dairy Industry Listed Company Based On The Grey Relational Method

BackgroundIn recent years,with the general improvement of national quality of life,people pay more attention to the quality and safety of dairy products,and put forward higher requirements.China's dairy industry's rapid development period is only a dozen years,can only be regarded as a new industry.China's per capita consumption of dairy products was only 7 kg in 2000,and increased to 36.9 kg in 2017.The per capita consumption of dairy products is 100 g per day,which is far lower than the 300 g recommended by Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents,and dairy consumption contains huge potential.Our government also attaches more importance to the development of dairy industry,pointing out that the dairy industry is an important industries for strengthening the nation.It is necessary to improve the quality of dairy products,boost people's confidence in domestic dairy products,enhance the competitiveness of China's dairy industry,and comprehensively promote the revitalization of China's dairy industry.Although the importance of the dairy industry is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,but China's dairy products safety problems occur from time to time.Practice has proved that these events are more or less related to enterprise internal control failure.The Sanlu incident exposed the lack of social responsibility of Sanlu Group,the serious failure of the procurement acceptance system,as well as the problems of internal control such as the delayed communication of consumer complaints and the failure of internal supervision mechanism.The effectiveness of internal control of dairy enterprises is not only related to the effect of enterprise management,but also related to the health of consumers.Therefore,dairy enterprises should pay more attention to the construction of internal control to ensure the safety of dairy products.However,only the establishment of internal control system can't fundamentally improve the enterprise internal control situation,but also need to build the internal control evaluation system.In this way,the effectiveness of internal control formulation and implementation can be evaluated objectively and impartially,so as to help the management to timely discover loopholes and make improvements.Main contents and viewsChapter one is an introduction.Firstly,describe research background and significance,and put forward the research ideas of this paper.Then explain the research methods used in this paper.Finally,the main contributions and shortcomings are briefly analyzed.The second chapter is literature review.This chapter includes three parts: one is the summary of the development of internal control theory at home and abroad;second,review the internal control evaluation system and analysis methods from domestic and foreign aspects;third,based on the perspective of dairy product safety,analyze relevant literatures on internal control and evaluation of domestic and foreign dairy enterprises.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis.Firstly,the necessity of internal control evaluation is analyzed based on principal-agent theory,system theory and control theory.Secondly,the evaluation system of the internal control of dairy enterprises is established by combining the two dimensions of design and implementation.Finally,the application principle of grey relational method is briefly described,and its advantages in internal control evaluation are analyzed.The fourth chapter is the case analysis.This chapter first describes the development status of China's dairy industry;then,describe the internal control evaluation indicators and data sources,using the gray correlation method to elaborate the dairy listed company internal control evaluation calculation process;finally,the internal control situation of dairy products listed companies is analyzed and summarized from the aspects of design situation and implementation effect.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research.Firstly,this paper elaborates the research conclusions,and then according to the above research results put forward to strengthen the internal control of dairy listed enterprises policy recommendations.Finally,the future research and exploration direction are prospected.Main contributions(1)In terms of theoretical analysis,this paper analyzes the necessity of internal control evaluation from the perspectives of principal-agent theory,cybernetics and system theory,providing sufficient theoretical support for the following research.In addition,the theoretical framework of internal control evaluation in this paper is based on the five objectives and five basic elements of enterprise internal control,which provides reference for the establishment of the internal control evaluation system of listed companies in the dairy industry in China.(2)Based on the system documents and previous scholars' studies,this paper incorporated the design situation and implementation effect into the evaluation scope of internal control,ensuring the integrity of the evaluation system and overcoming the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods that only focus on a single dimension.At the same time,the quantitative description of qualitative indicators is realized in the evaluation,which makes the evaluation results more understandable and accurate.(3)This paper takes 11 dairy products listed companies as the sample objects,analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of their internal control,reveals the current situation and existing problems of the internal control of dairy products listed companies in China,and puts forward targeted Suggestions to provide reference for the construction and improvement of the internal control of dairy products listed companies in China.
