The so-called "Risk-free" shareholding increasing refers to the fact that after the stocks of listed companies have fallen again and again,the company's chairman or major shareholder has issued a statement to the company's employees,such as "losing me" in order to demonstrate their determination to support the company.Strong support for the sound.That is,the employees of the company will be compensated in full for losses incurred by increasing their shares in the company's stock,and the income will be owned by the employees."Risk-free" type of shareholding increasing have frequently occurred in the past two years.However,most of the discussions on "risk-free" type shareholdings increasing are social commentaries and news reports.The in-depth systematic research is still blank,whether it is effective,and how the market response is currently no research.This article uses the case study method and the time study method.This article takes Fenda Technology Co.,Ltd.as example,starting from its two "risk-free" type holdings increasing in 2015 and 2017 to deepen the problems in the transaction process.Excavate to explore the effect of "pocket"-style overweight and find out the problems.It was found that the listed companies' holdings at the end of the session had good results in the short term and no long-term effects were seen.There are many reasons for this,and there are problems in the compensation mechanism,information disclosure,and supervision.This article has completely analyzed the two-time holdings of Fenda Technology and found out its problems.Finally,it made recommendations from information disclosure and legal regulations.We hope to have enthusiasm for improving the supervision of the securities market and building the system.
