Research On Measurement Of Soft Power In Urban Agglomeration

Over the past three decades years of reform and opening up,China's social and economic construction,infrastructure construction and other hard power construction have achieved great success,and urbanization has continued to deepen.However,as the main body of advancing new urbanization,the structural system of urban agglomeration competitiveness is seriously out of balance.Compared with the development of hard power,the development of soft power level lags behind and there is a big gap with hard power.In recent years,due to the continuous in-depth research on soft power,cultural construction and the construction of urban soft power have received great attention.Almost every urban group has proposed the strategic idea of??promoting the development of urban agglomerations through cultural development.However,due to the immature research,the current research on soft power is mainly conducted from the perspective of the country,region,and city.Research on the soft power of urban agglomerations has only just begun.The understanding of the content of urban soft power is not comprehensive enough.In terms of quantitative research,the construction of index systems and the study of measurement methods have not yet matured.In view of this,this article has carried out relevant research on the urban soft power,aiming to systematically study the hierarchical relationships among the elements of urban soft power,qualitatively analyzing the soft power of urban agglomerations,and then applying a quantitative method to measure the soft power of urban agglomerations.The level of soft power subsystems,external forces,positive and negative soft power systems,and the efficiency and stability of urban soft power systems will eventually find out the“bottleneck” in the construction process of urban soft power,so as to find a concrete way to cultivate the soft power of urban agglomerations.,improve the overall competitiveness of urban agglomerations.First of all,this paper starts with the existing researches on the urban and urban agglomerations' soft power,further clarifies the research objects and research contents,fully understands the characteristics of the research subjects,provides theoretical basis and support for subsequent research,and makes the research more scientific.Secondly,on the basis of the definition of relevant concepts of soft power in urban agglomerations and relevant theoretical analysis,the qualitative analysis is made on the efficiency and stability of urban soft power system and the composition of urban soft power system.Based on the related research on urban soft power and relatedtheoretical analysis,this paper combines the two perspectives of analyzing the soft power composition of urban agglomerations to divide the structure of urban soft power into four levels: the target layer and the effect layer(inside The four levels of soft power,external soft power,positive soft power,and negative soft power,performance level,and resource level,and qualitative analysis of the constituent elements have laid a theoretical foundation for the construction of the follow-up index system.Thirdly,using the grey relational degree model based on the analytic hierarchy process and the generalized triangular system model to measure the efficiency and stability of the city group soft power system,the efficiency and stability of the integrated system measure the comprehensive level of the city group soft power,and according to the measurement result The classification and analysis of urban group soft power provides a mathematical calculation model for the empirical analysis of urban soft power.Finally,taking the Pearl River Delta city group as the research object,it measures the soft power of the Pearl River Delta city group.Based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the soft power of the Pearl River Delta city group and proposes reasonable and feasible countermeasures to improve the level of the soft power of the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration.In the conclusion part,summarize the achievements made in this paper and the deficiencies in the research and the areas that need to be improved,in order to provide reference for the follow-up study of urban soft power and the development of urban agglomeration.
