The work value in the development of the society,the meaning of work,and other aspects of the problem has aroused people's thinking,work value orientation refers to people's subjective positioning of their work values and expectations.Many studies show that the west,work value orientation of the individual life,work and other aspects of organization and development are consistent and significant the influence,but the domestic research is still in the initial stage,the analysis of research status of value orientation,is of practical value for constructing our country's work value orientation and theoretical model of human resource management in our country.In view of this,the value orientation of 90 ZS bank employees as the research object,combined with the unique characteristics of the age.The work values of the three law as the starting point of research,innovative analysis of their work values and work values influence the choice of factors,in order to These employees can be better managed in the future.In this study,ZS 90 employees as the research object,using the questionnaire method a detailed analysis of the work values of ZS 90 employees from five chapters,the first chapter summarizes the research significance and the domestic and foreign research background,the second chapter summarizes the related theory,the third chapter specific questionnaire investigation contents and results were analyzed.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems affecting the results of this research,the fifth chapter puts forward the value orientation change from three aspects of strategy.The author in this research selects the analysis method about work value orientation of three theory scholar Zhao Min,will be divided into a value orientation,occupation orientation and career orientation in three classes.In the three division method based on the analysis of factors that affect influence the value orientation of the 90 employees,puts forward the existing ZS 90 employee value orientation choice problem And reasons,in view of these problems,the author puts forward concrete improvement measures in the three aspects of the bank itself,the staff themselves and the whole social environment.Work value orientation is a dynamic process,with human cognition,consciousness,experience change gradually,it as a subjective judgment of the measure of value of life and career,the individual is extremely important.Based on the analysis of 90 employees work values are affected by gender,income,marriage the status,effect degree and so on factors.Therefore in the current human resources as the core competitiveness of the society,the value orientation of enterprise staff should strengthen the management of staff,to take corresponding measures to meet the different value orientation of employees,to improve employee loyalty and enthusiasm,eventually expect employees to positioning their own values to the cause the value orientation,And then enhance the significance and value of the work.
