How to motivate stuffs effectively is the unchanged subject of human resource management and organizational behavior, and the modern motivation theory are paying more and more attention on stuffs' job-oriented needs.Based on the study of the stuffs' job needs and their impact factors of state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises, this thesis is aim to try to prompt cross-cultural management and provide some positive proposals to localization of management; And trying to inspire managers of state-owned enterprises to improve the state-owned enterprises management level; And trying to inspire the staff to recognize their work on their own needs so that they can select enterprises which is fit for their own.To achieve the above purposes, this thesis selected young knowledge workers of state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises as the research object and selected the job needs, organizational commitment, job involvement, job satisfaction, Chinese values and organizational culture in orientation for the study variables. Through the empirical analysis, this thesis analyses the differences of the staff of state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises in the job needs, organizational commitment, job involvement, organizational culture in orientation. And with the use of relevant and regression analysis, selecting job reeds, organizational commitment, job involvement as the dependent variable, and Chinese values, organizational culture in orientation as independent variables, this thesis analyses relevance between of job needs, organizational commitment, job involvement and Chinese values, organizational culture in orientation, as well as how Chinese values and organizational culture in orientation impact stuffs' job needs, organizational commitment, job involvement separately on state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises.
