The Research Of Vanke Internal Control

Facing the increasing complexity and uncertainty of the outside world,each enterprise must establish and perfect its internal control system in order to deal with the various risks in the development process.In 1997,the Ministry of Finance approved the issuance of the“independent audit specific guidelines No.9-internal control and audit risk” and for the very first time defined the concept of internal control completely and clearly.Since then,the theory and practice study of China's internal control officially began.However,companies in our country are usually not attached to internal control,and have many problems in it.Today's global economic environment changing with each passing day,China's enterprises to adapt to this change no doubt need to improve their own internal control.In addition,I happened to find that the currently domestic literature of internal control is mostly theoretical,and most of the practical study take the imperfect internal control enterprises as examples,analyze their problems,then put forward some solutions,yet rarely take a excellent internal control enterprise as the object of analysis to explore its successful implementation of the internal control,access inspiration,and therefor find a internal control method which may be suitable to other companies.Internal control applied to auditing at the very beginning to correct errors only.However from the "internal control of the overall framework" to "basic norms",it is not difficult to see that besides correcting errors internal control has been endowed with some goals of higher level,and that the goal of the highest level is to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise.I will pick,in this study,Vanke Group whose internal control is the best in the real estate industry-the pillar industry in China,as the example to analyze the advantages and characteristics of its internal control based on the internal environment,the risk assessment,the control activities,the information and communication and the internal supervision,then demonstrate the implementation effect based on the financial index dimension and EVA dimension of it.To bring some inspiration to the effective implementation of internal control for other enterprises is my goal.
