With the continuous development of China's economy,the company's system has been continuously improved,and the traditional performance evaluation system for financial indicators does not accurately measure level of business management.EVA as a comprehensive measure of corporate performance indicators,it has been widely used abroad,and achieved good results,but the introduction of the concept of EVA in China is relatively late,people do not know about EVA,therefore,for the EVA performance evaluation system The promotion is slow.Since 2009,the SASAC has promulgated the "Measures for assessing the performance of managers of central enterprises".The evaluation core shows that EVA has more and more application value in the performance evaluation of Chinese enterprises.The article adopts literature review both at home and abroad as the theoretical basis of EVA,and elaborates the theoretical background of EVA and the core system(4M'S).Through the adjustment of the accounting subjects on the financial statements,the distortion of the actual business performance of the traditional financial statements is corrected.Therefore,based on the background introduction of Tsingtao Brewery,this article uses the case analysis method to calculate the EVA of each year of Tsingtao Brewery.Compared with the traditional financial indicators in the performance evaluation can better reflect the company's operating standards.In addition,through the analysis of the driving factors affecting the EVA of enterprises,more in-depth understanding of the key factors affecting EVA,through detailed and detailed analysis of the indicators,and then traced back to the company's specific departments,operating units for the overall impact of EVA,so that The company can make its own efforts to improve EVA from employees to management.In order to give full play to the role of EVA performance appraisal in the enterprise and effectively implement the implementation of EVA in the enterprise,Tsingtao Brewery.The author intends to propose the following solutions in order to give full play to the role of EVA performance evaluation.for example,by formulating an EVA comprehensive budget system,a value management system,an incentive system,a management philosophy system,and considering the impact of important non-financial indicators.This will provide some important ideas for Tsingtao Brewery to maximize shareholder value.
