Today,with the rapid development of national economy and financial market,the living standard of people is improving gradually,and the utilization rate of banks is also greatly improved.The problem of customer churn which caused by the long waiting time is becoming worse by degrees.First of all,this paper studies the development and present situation of queuing theory,at the same time,it investigates the research status of banking service system,then sets up a bank queuing model with impatient customers.Secondly,in this paper,the extraction data from the bank's queuing machine system is studied.After the raw data is pretreated,some invalid data is removed.Then,the sample of customers arriving at the peak day is studied,the customers' arrival process is tested by SPSS,and the parameter is estimated according to maximum likelihood estimation.Thirdly,this paper conducts a preliminary analysis of customers' service time.The samples with no impatient customers are selected,and the parameter distribution of the sample service time is tested by SPSS.The parameter estimation value is obtained based on the maximum likelihood estimation.Then,according to the distribution of customer arrival time interval and service time,the queuing model corresponding to the queuing system is determined,and the main indexes of the model are calculated and analyzed.Fourthly,a simulation method of queuing system with impatient customers is provided.Finally,according to the analysis of the bank service system,this paper gives some reasonable suggestions on the optimization of the banking service system respectively from the number of service windows,the arrival of customers,the service of employees and other directions.This paper is expected to help banks reduce impatient customers and enhance customer satisfaction.
