The system of social insurance in China has developed the mode based on the social plans for entire project and individual account.The country,enterprises and individuals pay cost and share responsibility together.As an important responsibility subject of paying social insurance premiums,enterprises bear multiple insurance cost.Corporate social insurance obligation fulfillment situation directly affects the rights and interests of employees,and has an important impact on the sources of social insurance funds.Through literature analysis on the social insurance burden of our country,developed countries and developing countries,we can find that enterprise social insurance premiums rate is obviously higher in our country.The social insurance burden of enterprises is heavier.This caused some enterprises to not fully fulfill the social insurance payment obligation.Therefore,research on the actual situation of enterprises pay society insurance premium and influence factors has important practical significance on the understanding of national social insurance policy implementation and improving the enterprise internal social insurance management.This paper first summarizes the research methods and research results of influencing factors of social insurance premiums paid by enterprises both at home and abroad through literature search.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of Urumqi enterprises,the research on influencing factors of this paper are determined,mainly including the influencing factors of enterprises and the influencing factors of enterprise employees.The enterprise influencing factors include the ownership,industry,subordination,scale,salary level,number of employees,profitability,etc.The employees' factors include the average age,degree level,whether to form a union,etc.Then the paper chooses the sample of 164 real estate enterprises in Urumqi city and collects their relevant data mentioned above.Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis are used to study the influence of each factor on social insurance premium of enterprises.Through the above empirical research,this paper finally got the following conclusions.In enterprise factors,companies of different ownerships,subordination and scale has differences in social insurance cost,the per capita social insurance premium paid by state-owned enterprises and joint-stock companies is significantly higher than that of other types of enterprises,the larger scale of enterprises pay higher per capita social insurance costs;companies in different industries also has differences in social insurance cost,the per capita social insurance premium paid by financial industry and monopoly industries such as power,thermal,gas and water production are significantly higher than that of other industries;There is a strong correlation between employee compensation level and social insurance premiums;the operating income and profit condition of the enterprise have little effect on the payment of social insurance expense;the number of employees in the enterprise also has little impact on the social insurance cost.In employee factors,enterprises with trade unions pay more social insurance cost than enterprises with no union;enterprises pay more social insurance cost as the increase average age of the enterprise staff;employees' average educational background has no obvious regularity effects on social insurance cost,the influence of college degree or above and junior middle school graduate degree on social insurance cost is higher.Finally,this paper summarizes the influence factors on social insurance premium of enterprises,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on enterprises in Urumqi city improving their social security plans.
