| The key factor to maintain enterprise's sustained and steady development and achieve rapid growth is middle managers.The role of middle managers in enterprises is irreplaceable.The competency of middle managers is directly related to the success or failure of enterprise development.Enhancing the competence of Middle managers is the concrete measure to implement Agricultural Bank's concept of "Human Resource is the first Resource" and "taking competence Promotion as the Core and laying down the Management Foundation".The establishment of a management team with high comprehensive quality and competence is conducive to the implementation of the bank's operational strategy and the core competitiveness of the bank.By building the middle manager competency model,Nanchong Branch of Agricultural Bank of China can better identify,select and train competent middle managers,and further optimize the allocation of middle managers in order to realize the strategic objectives of enterprises.Management objectives provide a solid talent base,and the competency model of middle managers also provides guidance and planning reference for staff career development,so that middle managers under the guidance of clear competency standards to constantly improve their own competencies.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the competence of middle managers.Nanchong branch of agricultural bank of this article to middle management as the research object,the competency evaluation at home and abroad theory as the instruction,using literature analysis investigation and study the comparative analysis with the combination of research methods,in combination with the practical situation of the agricultural bank are analyzed about the present situation of middle managers competency,the middle managers competency of agricultural bank is existing problems and the reasons were studied.Through analysis,it has found that part of the middle managers exist the following problems: executive force is not strong enough to qualified the job,work attitude influence competence,sector bank thinking hindered the ascension of competence,management ability have poor competency ascending slowly,role positioning is not accurate,organizations lack of guidance oncompetence promotion.Through literature research,questionnaire,interview,analysis and so on,this paper determines 20 competency evaluation indexes,constructs the competency evaluation system of middle management team,and evaluates the competency of middle management team of Agricultural Bank of China.The existing problems are analyzed.Finally,based on the actual circumstance of the agricultural bank,from two aspects: organizational level and middle managers put forward the promotion middle management team competency of specific measures.The first is to identify the correct position and play a good role.The second is to increase awareness of the overall situation and strengthen the responsibility to take responsibility.The tree benchmarking is advanced to enhance the competency;the company culture is deepened and ideological awareness is improved.The third is to strengthen the study and training,enhance the quality and enhance the competency;enhance the ability to synthesize,enhance the core management capabilities;strengthen the concept of conduction,and effectively enhance the competency.The fourth is to do a good job of selecting cadres and improve overall competence;strengthen management and incentives to increase work enthusiasm;strengthen performance assessments to stimulate potential competencies;use competency models to achieve survival of the fittest.These measures are highly targeted and can provide a reference for the Agricultural Bank of China to enhance the competency of middle managers. |
