Along with our country financial "opened" the implementation of the strategy of consumer credit,commercial Banks and other financial institutions,presented the scale trend of the development of consumer credit business,the "investment" in the optimization of financial industry,broadening the channels for consumer spending are really played an important role.However,consumer credit in the further release of residents' consumption potential in our country at the same time,also will inevitably lead to some negative actions appear,for example,whether consumers belong to rational,whether Banks of approving a comprehensive understanding of consumer credit repayment ability,etc.,these problems to the development of consumer credit in China will have important impact on the development of the whole financial industry.This article,based on this,with bank of communications branch of henan province as the research object,with internal control Lipton,comprehensive risk management theory,the expected income theory,asymmetric information theory and other related theory as the guide,using literature method,questionnaire method,individual interviews and other research methods to the problem of the consumer credit risk prevention and control system analysis,the purpose is to put forward specific measures to improve the bank's consumer credit risk control ability,project.In recent years,bank of communications,henan branch adhere to meet customer and market demand as the guide,the innovation service idea,set up service consciousness,new customers to provide quality of service as "driving force" of enterprise development,gradually in the regional scale casting its own brand "industry",more than in bocom system created a "first",consumer credit business has developed rapidly,which widen the channel of the enterprise's profit,increase the brand awareness of enterprises in the regional scale really has played a positive role.However,because of the consumption credit business "natural person" is the main object,this determines the consumption credit of commercial bank business object "background" is very complex,it is difficult to fully grasp all the information for all of the borrowers,the growing consumercredit risk of the bank faces.This paper,through the bank of communications branch of the consumer credit risk prevention and control in henan province consciousness is not strong,the prevention and control process is not perfect,risk management is not science,risk prevention and control measures,risk assessment is not accurate,lack of follow-up supervision problems,such as the consumer credit risk prevention and control system for the optimization design,the focus from establishing perfect consumer credit risk early warning system,optimization of consumer credit risk control process,innovation,consumer credit risk management model,improve the consumption credit business internal control management mechanism,the rich consumer credit risk management,improve the consumption credit risk assessment mechanism,the respect such as consumer credit financial products innovation put forward ascension,henan branch of bank of communications consumer credit risk control ability and level of Suggestions,to promote the bank's risk control ability and promote the healthy development of the bank has a certain practical significance.
