In recent years,with the optimization and upgrading of China's consumption structure,the development of Internet consumer finance has grown.Its micro-finance characteristics are more inclusive,and its convenience and low threshold make more and more people regard it as an essential payment tool for daily consumption,and its credit risk is also plaguing the entire financial society.For different credit analysis subjects,the perspectives and priorities of credit risk analysis are often different.For Internet consumer finance companies,when they grant credit to a certain consumer,the questions that need to be concerned are: What is the risk of the credit line? How to price for a given level of risk? What is the solvency of consumers? What economic and industrial factors will have an impact on consumers' economic capabilities? To answer these questions,it is necessary to examine the personal basic situation of consumers,whichin order to assess the magnitude of their credit risk.What is the financial status of the consumer? What is the ratio of solvency? Is the terms of the credit contract sufficient? What are the main factors that can lead to consumer debt distress or even default? Is the return acceptable at a given level of risk? Should the platform expand credit for consumers? If credit is provided to consumers,how long is the credit provided? What financial status and credit limit does the consumer enjoy? What is the final cost of compensation? These issues are also the focus of the Internet consumer finance platform to predict consumer default probability.Based on the above problems,this paper explores the influencing factors of credit risk of Internet consumer finance in China,discussing the causes,effecting and preventing measures of the credit risk to promote the healthy development of Internet consumer finance in China.Firstly,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the credit risk of Internet consumer finance in China,expounds its characteristics,causes,influence mechanism and communication channels of credit risk,and combines information asymmetry and credit risk management theory with reference to the index of credit information system.It is found that the comprehensiveness and authenticity of the basic personal information of Internet consumer financial users are difficult to guarantee,resulting in limited information on the platform credit basis,which has a great impact on the assessment of consumer default probability,and is likely to cause credit risk.Secondly,it analyzes the development history and current situation of China's Internet consumer finance credit risk.Based on the data,it is found that China's current credit information system is not perfect.The cost of the platform to pursue consumer credit default is high and the platform absorbs for competition.The higher credit line for consumers caused by customers,whichis the factor that causes the credit risk of Internet consumer finance.Then,using the method of questionnaire survey,I randomly investigated the personal characteristics,financial characteristics and credit status of Internet consumer finance users,and analyzed the impact of each feature on their default situation through categorical descriptive analysis.Through the data obtained from the survey,the SPSS analysis software and the logistics model were used to conduct an empirical analysis to test whether the previous hypothesis was correct.The results of the model stability analysis and the significance of the parameters made us have the main influence of the credit risk of Internet consumer finance.Finally,after the above analysis,the suggestions for preventing the credit risk of Internet consumer finance in China are put forward.From the bottom to the top,the propaganda education of recommending financial knowledge and credit risk is followed,and the importance of credit is deeply rooted in the mind.Roots reduce the occurrence of credit risk of Internet consumer finance.Using the characteristics of Internet consumer finance to establish a big data credit system.Promoting the connection between central banks,financial institutions and Internet consumer finance platforms.And promoting the sharing of credit information,and conduct a comprehensive approach to the untrustworthy Restrictions,increasing penalties,reducing the cost of platform responsibility.The society must establish a system of supervision and monitoring,control credit risk by legal standards and industry supervision and management,clarify the role of regulators,and reduce the credit risk of Internet consumer financial platforms.
