The mines have been in a recession phase during the development of the mining industry,the mining sites have increased,and environmental problems were more serious,then the mining tourism is booming in the background of mining area economic transformation.In July 2005,the first batch of China national mine parks appraisal meeting was held in Beijing.The meeting proposed that China's mine environmental governance had prominent problems in the economic,social and ecological environment,and that it should improve the mine environment and re-develop and use the mining relics.How to construct mine park,restore mine environment and develop mining tourism is becoming a research hotspot.Under the boom of mine park construction,Items based on the environment value theory,random utility theory and Lancaster new consumer theory,through the literature research,questionnaire survey method,model analysis researching how to measure the nonmarket value of our country mining park,the contents providing certain scientific basis to our country's construction and development of mine park,as well as providing the certain academic reference value to academic researching.Based on the present situation of China's mining industry and the current situation of mine parks,this paper discusses the properties of non-market value measurement in mine park in China.Then define seven attributes of the non-market value taking the Pingxiang Anyuan national mine park as an example,namely mining vegetation coverage and plant biodiversity,air quality,popular science education value,recreation facilities,the degree of mining relics repair,tickets.By constructing the value measurement model,we can understand the preferences and willingness of the respondents,and further analyze the nonmarket value of the tourism resources in the mine park.The conclusions we got such as respondents' awareness of the non-market value of tourism resources in mine park needs to be improved,the interviewees have heterogeneity preference to mine park tourism resources,Pingxiang anyuan national mine park has great potential for non-market value,and it is necessary to further protect and develop it.And putting forward the estimation of tourists' preference and makes the precise tourism marketing plan.Build characteristic brand,raise the popularity of mine park;Improve recreational facilities and optimize mine park construction planning;Improve the management mechanism,establish the innovative management operation mode and other suggestions on the future development of mine parks.
