| With the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems intensified,the long-term development of the global economy will need another new energy,solar energy as one of sustainable clean energy security,countries gradually to the development and utilization of solar energy resources as a priority among priorities of energy revolution,photovoltaic industry emerged in this context.With the rapid development of the global photovoltaic industry,China's photovoltaic industry has experienced a golden stage of rapid development.However,the domestic photovoltaic enterprises pursue the ultimate expansion and extensive development mode under the drive of interests.It is believed that the expansion of the enterprise scale will reduce the cost of procurement and management,thereby increasing the profits of enterprises and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,and then continue this mode.By the international financial crisis and the European and American "double reverse" effect,debt type photovoltaic enterprise expansion mode morbid exposed,the domestic photovoltaic industry entrepreneurs set up barriers,the achievements of the "industry oligopoly" expansion blueprint for naught.The blind expansion of the earlier period not only wasted a large number of enterprise resources,overdrawn the future growth ability of the enterprise,but also made the enterprises face the saturation contradiction of the market.The disconnection between investment and financing makes the shadow of financial crisis envelops photovoltaic enterprises.How to get rid of financial difficulties and get new development vitality has become a top priority for China's photovoltaic enterprises.The development of the enterprise can't be separated from the layout of the enterprise strategy,but it can't be separated from the overall planning of the financial strategy.Therefore,it is of profound practical significance to study the financial strategy of the photovoltaic enterprises.In this paper,HR Solar Corporation as the research object,first introduced the enterprise's internal and external environment,the choice of financial indicators from solvency,operating capacity,profitability and development capacity point of view,the company's financial analysis,and establish the SWOT matrix comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats;and the present situation of the financial strategy of the HR company is analyzed,and the use of the company 2012~2016 years of financial data to construct financial strategy matrix of enterprises,found that the company is in the third quadrant of the matrix,which belongs to the diminished value of cash remaining enterprises,investment scale is too large,the investment preference of high risk,capital structure imbalance,financial leverage plays a negative role;then from investment financing and dividend distribution three aspects put forward detailed suggestions to optimize the financial strategy,HR company should strictly control the scale of investment,investment transformation Direction,seek good integration,reduce financial leverage,prevent debt default risk,adopt surplus dividend policy,and implement employee equity incentive policy.The formation of the financial strategy optimization scheme does not mean the end of the financial strategic management process,and is essential to the control of the implementation process of the financial strategy.Therefore,this article has formulated a series of control procedures to control the implementation of financial strategy together,promote the realization of financial strategy optimization goals,and improve enterprise's sustainable development ability and risk endurance. |
