The Analysis On The Influence Of Corporate Governance Structure On Profitability Of Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Company

Since the 21 st century,corporate governance and corporate profitability have always been the focus of academia and the business community.At the same time,the outbreak of the Shandong vaccine incident has greatly affected the development of the pharmaceutical industry,and its products have been widely questioned by the public.Therefore,it is necessary to study the relationship between corporate governance and profitability of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.At present,some achievements have been achieved by scholars in China and abroad,but most of them are discussed in a combination of theoretical and empirical research,and in the home appliance industry and real estate industry,and rarely analyze the impact of corporate governance on corporate profits in pharmaceutical companies in the form of cases.Based on this,this paper will discuss from this angle.First of all,this article has reviewed the current status of corporate governance and corporate profits by looking up the data,and statements in the form of literature review,so as to understand the concept definition and relevant theories of corporate governance and corporate profitability,including the separation of powers,principal-agent theory,management incentive theory and stakeholder theory.Through these theories,the relationship between the two is discussed.And then,in the case of the Jiangzhong pharmaceutical corporation,this paper briefly introduces the company,analyzes its corporate governance structure and corporate profitability,and finds the following problems in corporate governance through the current situation:Unreasonable ownership structure;The weakness of board restraint;Supervisory board without effective supervision function : Unsoundness of enterprise incentive mechanism,;and so on.Finally,the following specific suggestions are proposed for the problems of the enterprise: Optimize the company's equity structure;Strengthen the decision-making function of the board of directors;Strengthen the supervisory function of the board of supervisors;Establish and improve the company's incentive mechanism.And the detailed discussion and analysis are carried out for each link.
