Research On The Influence Of Corporate Governance Structure On Profitability Of Huayi Brothers

Whether the corporate governance structure is reasonable and effective directly affects the profitability of the company.In the capital market,external investors usually decide their investment strategies according to the future development of enterprises,such as profitability,which makes corporate governance structure and profitability inseparable.Although the norms of corporate governance structure in China are constantly improving,most enterprises still pursue the improvement of sales profits unilaterally and blindly,while ignoring the reality that the quality and quantity of profits of enterprises are declining continuously,which leads to the continuous decline of market competitiveness of enterprises and the difficulty of enterprise management.This paper takes Huayi Brothers as the research object,studies the existing problems in corporate governance structure,explores the impact of corporate governance structure on profitability,and puts forward relevant improvement strategies,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and significance,research content and research methods of the article,combs and summarizes the relevant literature on corporate governance structure and profitability at home and abroad,and comments on the research literature;the second part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of corporate governance structure and profitability;the third part,guidelines.For Huayi Brothers Company,we select its data from2014 to 2018 to show the basic status of corporate governance structure and profitability,and lay the data foundation for descriptive statistics.The fourth part,on the basis of qualitative analysis,in order to get more relevant results,we select the relevant data of Huayi Brothers listed in the past 10 years from 2009 to 2018 as the research sample.According to the construction of regression model,the correlation between ownership structure,board structure,supervisory board structure and managerial incentive and corporate profitability is verified by regression analysis.The fifth part,according to the previous data analysis,summarizes the existing problems of Huayi Brothers' corporate governance structure,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions that can not only improve Huayi Brothers' corporate governance structure,but also improve Huayi Brothers' corporate governance structure.The company'sgovernance structure can also have a positive impact on the profitability of rationalization proposals,with a view to improving the profitability of enterprises and guiding Huayi Brothers to sustain good development.
