In recent years,with the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up and accession to the WTO,our country's social productivity and economy have continued to develop rapidly and continuously,and our enterprises have been increasingly influenced by the corporate culture of foreign developed countries.The core competitiveness of enterprises has been determined.Whether a company can be invincible in the continuous development and competition of the economic society,and the improvement and cultivation of a company's core competitiveness is very dependent on the scientific,rational and efficient management system and management system of the company,which is particularly important It is the performance evaluation system of the company.So far,most companies in China have adopted traditional financial evaluation theories to assess their performance,and how to scientifically and reasonably assess the performance of their managers,so that their true and effective performance details become the indicator of the development of the company."This is the greatest concern for all companies in their performance evaluation."
