Study On Enhancing Competitiveness Of Bank Of Handan

In this paper,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the competitiveness of the six city commercial banks.By issuing 213 and 115 questionnaires to the HD bank staff and customers to make a deep understanding,we finally put forward the countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of HD banks.1.,application level analysis method is used to analyze the competitiveness of HD bank,build HD bank competitiveness model,determine competitiveness index(liquidity,profitability,security,development capacity,human capital),calculate each index weight and carry out consistency test.In order to better understand the competitive situation of HD bank,the author selected the Hebei bank,Cangzhou bank,Tangshan bank,Chengde bank,Langfang bank,HD bank comprehensive competitiveness comparison,the bank HD is ranked fifth in the six banks,compared with the other four banks less competitive.2.,through the form of questionnaire,we can understand the competitiveness of HD bank,and specifically investigate the five aspects of charging,human resources,product development,service and operational risk.After the investigation,it is believed that there are problems in HD bank's human resources,product innovation ability,customer service and management risk.3.in view of the actual problems existing in the competitiveness of HD bank,the concrete countermeasures are put forward.It is necessary to improve the management mechanism of human resources,improve the ability of innovation and service of the bank and strengthen the ability of risk control,so as to improve the competitiveness of HD bank.
