Research On The Mechanism Of Intellectual Capital And Dynamic Capabilities On The Enterprise Performance

In the era of knowledge economy,Intellectual capital is the key resource for Enterprises to gain competitive advantage.More and more enterprises promote Enterprise performance through the accumulation and management of Intellectual capital,and create enterprise value.However,the profit of the enterprise comes from the resources and ability that the enterprise has,the resource is the foundation of ability cultivation and promotion,and the enhancement of ability promotes the transformation and accumulation of resources.Dynamic capability,as an important ability to maintain competitive advantage in a super competitive environment,can dynamically acquire and integrate resources and innovate the existing resources by timely perception of the market trend.Therefore,This paper takes the role of Intellectual capital as the core of the Enterprise performance as the research core,to break the existing research paradigm of "Intellectual capital-Enterprise performance" and "Dynamic capability-Enterprise performance",determines the dimension of Intellectual capital and Dynamic ability by theoretical analysis and the measurement index,constructs the relationship model of Intellectual capital,Dynamic ability and Enterprise performance by structural equation model,and further considers the Dynamic ability and enterprise of different innovation modes.In order to guide enterprises to manage and utilize intellectual capital better,we can effectively manage and utilize intellectual capital,effectively link resources and abilities,based on the accumulation of intellectual capital as the basis for the accumulation of intellectual capital,Maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises in a rapidly changing environment.The main research contents include:1.The mechanism of Intellectual capital and Dynamic capability on Enterprise Performance,and analyze the relationship between Intellectual capital and Dynamic capabilities.Through literature review and mechanism analysis,the three relation model of Intellectual capital,Dynamic ability and Enterprise performance is constructed and theoretical hypothesis is put forward.At the same time,the empirical analysis and verification are carried out according to the questionnaire survey data of the enterprise.The results show that the three dimensions of Intellectual capital have a significant positive impact on corporate performance.The use of human capital and structural capital is not sufficient,and Intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on Dynamic ability.2.The mediating effect of Dynamic capabilities on Intellectual capital and Enterpriseperformance.Based on the VAIC measurement model of Intellectual capital,this paper uses the panel data of listed companies to make a comprehensive analysis of the mechanism of Intellectual capital's effect on Enterprise performance.The results show that the role of Intellectual capital as a medium to the Enterprise performance is positive and significant.At the same time,the innovation model regulates the Dynamic ability and the Enterprise performance,and the Dynamic ability has significant positive correlation to the Enterprise performance under different innovation modes,but the positive influence of enterprise dynamic ability on enterprise performance is more significant under the collaborative innovation model.3.Intellectual capital,management and promotion of Dynamic capabilities.First,a perfect human resource management system and enterprise organizational structure should be set up to form a good enterprise culture and atmosphere to improve the reserve of Intellectual capital.Secondly,the intellectual capital management platform should be established and the measurement and reporting system of Intellectual capital should be perfected to strengthen the enterprise.In the end,the enterprises also need to obtain complementary resources by relying on the alliance platform and establish an evaluation index system to improve the matching efficiency,and realize the cooperative development of intellectual capital and dynamic ability through the formation of the internal environment.
