Study On Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation System Of The Prefabricated Indemnificatory Housing

As an important part of China's economy,the construction industry has always played a decisive role in improving the national economy.With the increasing requirement of construction engineering technology,the new building method,which is more precise,faster,energy saving and environmental protection,is becoming more and more popular with the public.The affordable housing led by the government has the characteristics of large scale,small size and simple apartment.It is very suitable for the implementation of fabricated buildings.Assembly based affordable housing began to appear more and more in the public view.In recent years,the level of industrialization in our country has been obviously improved.At the same time,the assembly type housing in our country has made a certain development and realized a certain scale of application,but the understanding of the assembly type of affordable housing is still not enough,and the economic,social and environmental benefits that it brings are still not enough to know.The systematic and in-depth study of the assembly type of affordable housing and the evaluation of the comprehensive benefits of the assembly building are not only helpful to the further development of the assembly type affordable housing in China,but also to speed up the industrialization process of the construction industry in our country.On the basis of the analysis and arrangement of a large number of domestic and foreign relevant documents of assembly type affordable housing,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the integrated benefits of assembly type affordable housing from three aspects of economy,environment and society,and initially sets up three first grade indicators,including economic,environmental and social benefits.At last,the economic benefits are divided into 5 two level indexes,such as the production and marketing cost of the components,and the environmental benefits are divided into 5 two grade indexes such as energy consumption,and the social benefits are divided into 5 two grade indexes,such as production and management mode innovation.The paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and set pair analysis theory,and uses the method of expert scoring to determine the weights of the indexes at all levels.At the same time,the classification standards of economic,environmental and social benefits are synthetically given with reference to relevant data,and the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of the assembly building is established.Finally,the evaluation model is applied to the comprehensive benefit evaluation of assembly type affordable housing in the Yangtze River Delta region.Through the entropy value,it reflects the economic,environmental,social and comprehensive benefits of the assembly type affordable housing in the Yangtze River Delta region,which can reflect the development level of the assembly type of affordable housing to a certain extent.It also has some reference value for the development of fabricated buildings in China.
