With the deepening of the pace of China's financial reforms,China's financial markets have become more open to the outside world.Opportunities and challenges from the international financial market coexist.With the arrival of outstanding foreign banks,the establishment of urban and rural regional banks,and the operation of Internet investment and loan finance platforms,the market share of China's banking industry was once impacted.Most of the banking business in China's financial industry is concentrated in commercial banks,especially listed commercial banks,which are more representative of both asset size and capital quality.Based on the regulatory requirements of the China Banking Regulatory Commission(CBRC)on the bank's monetary funds,the bank's capital structure occupies an important position both in terms of bank operating costs,as well as in reducing risks,stabilizing operations,and improving performance.Therefore,this paper uses 16 listed commercial banks in China as a research sample.It mainly studies the impact of its capital structure on business performance.Finally,based on the sample results,it proposes specific suggestions to improve the bank's capital structure and improve the quality of business operations.The overall operating competitiveness of the bank.This article first elaborates the definition of capital structure,and sorts out the domestic and foreign research history of capital structure and business performance,and lays a theoretical foundation for follow-up research.Secondly,it combines the own characteristics of China's commercial banks and draws on the Basel Accord for commercial banks.According to the provisions of capital,core capital,subsidiarycapital and capital adequacy ratio are used to describe the status quo and existing problems of the capital structure of commercial banks,combined with the characteristics of the performance evaluation system of commercial banks in China,from profitability,security,liquidity,and growth.The four aspects considered the status and problems of bank operations;finally,factor analysis was used to select and measure the comprehensive performance indicators of the four representative banks,which represented the proportion of the largest shareholder in the bank's capital structure,the nature of equity,and the top five The relationship between the shareholding ratio of the shareholders,the proportion of the subsidiary capital,the proportion of subordinated debts,the capital adequacy ratio,etc.,and the comprehensive operating performance indicators put forward the hypothesis of relevance to the 16 commercial banks listed on the A-share market in 2012-2016.The financial data is a sample,and a panel regression model is used for statistical analysis.Significant relationship between this structure and operating performance,capital structure so as to improve the angle of the commercial bank,the bank proposed to favorable operating performance suggestions.
